Acceptable Use Policy
ActionPlane governs risky actions. That makes misuse more serious, not less. This policy defines prohibited uses of the platform, including unsafe automation, unlawful access, and attempts to defeat tenant or audit controls.
1. Harmful or illegal activity
Malware and destructive actions
No malware, ransomware, destructive scripts, data wiping, sabotage, or attempts to degrade systems or availability.
Fraud and unlawful activity
No fraud, sanctions evasion, phishing, market abuse, unlawful surveillance, or other illegal conduct.
Harm to people or organizations
No stalking, harassment, violence facilitation, extortion, doxxing, or workflows designed to cause harm.
2. Unauthorized access and control bypass
- No credential stuffing, token theft, privilege escalation, or use of credentials you are not authorized to use.
- No attempts to cross tenant boundaries, tamper with audit trails, or defeat rate limits, security middleware, or approval gates.
- No security testing against ActionPlane or third-party systems without explicit authorization.
3. Deception, spam, and abusive automation
- No phishing, impersonation, mass spam, fraudulent billing activity, or deceptive business-process automation.
- No generation or execution of actions designed to mislead operators, hide intent, or falsify records.
- No abuse of evaluation, review, or approval workflows to create fake evidence of compliance or authorization.
4. Rights, privacy, and data misuse
- No use of ActionPlane to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, or regulated data restrictions.
- No uploads, prompts, or connectors for data you are not entitled to process.
- No use of the service to evade consent, disclosure, retention, or audit obligations imposed by law or contract.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, disable integrations, preserve evidence, or notify affected parties or authorities where appropriate.
6. Reporting misuse
Suspected abuse, security issues, or policy violations can be reported to legal@actionplane.ai or support@actionplane.ai.
