Refund & Cancellation Policy
ActionPlane is sold primarily for business use. Refunds are limited. This policy explains how cancellation works, when refunds may be considered, and how purchase channel affects the process.
1. Purchase source and billing channel
Refunds, billing corrections, and invoice adjustments are handled through the provider that billed you. Direct purchases are handled by Zencraft Consultancy Pvt Ltd or its payment processor. Marketplace purchases follow the relevant marketplace rules.
2. Situations where refunds may be considered
Billing error
Duplicate charges, clearly incorrect invoices, or failed cancellation processing may qualify for correction or refund.
Early-cycle non-use
We may consider a first-cycle refund request made promptly after purchase if the service has not been materially used.
Extended platform failure
For severe outages affecting core functionality, we may offer a credit, extension, or another commercially reasonable remedy.
3. Situations that are generally not refundable
- Change of mind after material use of the service.
- Dissatisfaction with model output quality, automation outcomes, or workflow design decisions.
- Unused capacity, unused seats, or partial billing-period usage after cancellation.
- Charges incurred because credentials, policies, connectors, or approvals were configured by your team.
- Suspension or termination resulting from a policy violation or unlawful use.
4. Cancellation and renewal
- You may cancel future renewal according to your purchase channel or signed commercial terms.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing term unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
- Usage-based fees, marketplace commitments, and professional services may remain payable even if the subscription is cancelled.
5. How to request review
- Email support@actionplane.ai with the account email, invoice or subscription reference, and a short explanation.
- Include any supporting information showing the billing error, failed cancellation, or service issue.
- We will review the request and tell you whether the issue is handled by us, a marketplace, or another billing provider.
