Usage and activation model
Azure Marketplace uses a Microsoft-authenticated landing flow to resolve, activate, and provision the subscription.
AWS Marketplace integration code is in place (registration, landing, webhooks) but the listing is not yet active; Azure is the only paid channel today.
Metered overage is reported from the governed-run credit system instead of requiring a custom billing conversation.
